Our client is multinational company operating in the field of finance. Due to optimizing and improving their performance, our client is looking for a right person for the position:
Head of Legal
Job description includes: complete responsibility for aligning company business and activities with local legal regulations, optimization of overall performance of legal department, representation of the company at court cases and to other third parties, forming and leading a team of coworkers
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:
- University degree in Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing legal services in financial sector
- Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law including governing the regulations of financial sectors is a must
- Work experience in legally supporting of high level management will be considered as an advantage
- Strong knowledge of English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly ethical individual with strong leadership skills
- Communicative, team oriented, well organized and systematic person.
